Devereux Hall
Constructed in 1926, the horseshoe-shaped Devereux Hall (commonly referred to as "Dev") is the oldest residence hall on campus. With 87 years' worth of residents, four floors of student housing, a 5th floor that's kept under lock and key, Garret Theater, and access to St. Bonaventure's steam tunnels through the basement, Dev Hall is considered to have the most amount of paranormal activity on campus.
From the basement to the 5th floor (and even into the courtyard), stories surrounding the residence hall have been thrilling students for years, turning Devereux Hall into the place to live on campus before graduation.
